John Forch

Bio

John J. Forch serves on Plexus Capital’s Advisory Board and is the founder and managing partner of Forch & Associates, LLC, a D.C. and Sarasota, Florida based financial services firm serving wealthy families and privately held companies. Prior to forming Forch & Associates, Mr. Forch served as the CFO and member of the Board of Net Profit, Inc. and orchestrated the sale of the company to TALX Corporation, a subsidiary of Equifax. For over 20 years, John was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coopers & Lybrand where during his career he served as the partner in charge of both national and global consulting business units where he oversaw several strategic acquisitions to broaden the service capability and market penetration of the Firm. He retired in 2002. Mr. Forch serves on several public, private and not for profit Boards of Directors. These include SonaBank (SONA: NASDAQ) and The World’s Greatest Aircraft Collection, a private operating foundation established by Kermit Weeks, a leading philanthropist. Mr. Forch is a certified public accountant and a graduate of the Virginia Tech School of Business. He and wife reside in McLean, Virginia.
