Managing Director in Blackstone Advisory Partners LP and is based in London. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2008, worked at CapitalSource Europe, where he focused on investing in mezzanine debt for European leveraged buyouts. Prior to that, worked in the investment banking department at Merrill Lynch, focusing mainly on the telecoms and media sector. Worked on the sale of Amena and Auna, Telefónica’s acquisition of Bell South Latin America, the reorganisation of Portugal Telecom and Telefónica’s mobile assets in Brazil, and mmO2’s demerger. Spent three years in Buenos Aires where he worked on Repsol’s acquisition of YPF, Perez Companc’s corporate reorganisation, the sale of a 12.5% stake in CTI to The Blackstone Group, and the sale of SADE. Bachelor in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from ESADE.
