Over 10 years of experience in private equity and financial services and has been with Sovereign since 2004. During this time, has completed over 12 transactions in the mid-market, including WCL, Paragon Education and Alkare as well as worked in the Buy & Build and exit of both Alpha Plus Education and SENAD. Prior to Sovereign, supervised international operations and M&A transactions on behalf of the Banking & Securities commission in Mexico and worked with CDC Capital Partners (now Actis). BA in Economics from the Monterrey Institute of Technology. MBA from London Business School.
