Bio

Mr. Adamo is a Principal of Normandy and is responsible for directing the firm’s asset management activities. Prior to Normandy, he was a Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management for The Gale Company (formerly Gale & Wentworth), a nationally recognized real estate firm, where he was responsible for managing its income producing departments and its national real estate portfolio. His nearly 25 years of experience includes overseeing portfolio recapitalizations, financings, property dispositions, accounting, tax, reporting, and asset management. He started his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Young & Company (predecessor to Ernst & Young). Mr. Adamo is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he graduated Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, earning a dual degree in Economics and Accounting. Mr. Adamo is an active member of the New Jersey State Society of CPAs, the National Association of Office and Industrial Office Parks, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
