Bio

Mr Lewis E Byrd has more than 20 years of private equity, finance and general management experience, and joined OCP in 1990. Mr Byrd has served as a member of the board of directors of several OCP portfolio companies, and has managed OCP's affairs regarding several investments Mr Byrd is currently a Director of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association, serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of SFJAZZ , and previously served as a Trustee of St. Paul's Episcopal School Mr Byrd holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College and received an MBA in general management from the Harvard Business School
