Mark Bradshaw

Bio

Mark Bradshaw is a managing director BVM's affiliate, Russia Strategy Fund. Active in the Russian private equity market since 2005, Mark brings over 13 years experience in principal and fund-of-fund investing, derived from leading transactions across multiple jurisdictions, market segments, time horizons and target enterprise values. Mark joined Russia Strategy Fund in 2006, after spending over 7 years with British private equity house 3i, where his closed deals spanned the PE spectrum from early to late stages and from growth capital to leveraged buyouts. Prior to joining 3i, Mark spent 4 years with Deutsche Beteiligungs AG focusing on co-investments with international partners. Mark began his career in engineering management with firms such as Mars, Siemens and Daimler-Benz. Resident in Moscow, Mark has refined a skill set in closing acquisitions, recapitalizations and investment exits in the Russian market. He is constantly in touch with our market participants and co-leads our direct and co-investment efforts.
