Mark Woods

Bio

Previously, Mr. Woods was an Associate in JPMorgan's Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York, where he executed various transactions in the media, specialty finance, healthcare and industrials sectors. Prior to that, he worked for a sovereign wealth fund based in the United Arab Emirates. He started his career with Procter & Gamble where he spent five years in various operational finance positions. Mr. Woods received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S. in Finance and Management.
