Martin Mann is a partner in the Emerging Technologies team at Foley and Lardner LLP, a leading biotechnology and healthcare law firm with more than 1,000 attorneys throughout the United States. Mann focuses on acquisitions and financings for public and private companies and advising technology companies on a wide range of legal and business issues. Mann works with multinational strategic purchasers and management groups involved in leveraged acquisitions. He structures and organizes private equity funds and other private investment vehicles. He received his J.D. in 1982 from Stanford University and a B.S. in economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce in 1979. Prior to joining Foley, he worked as an investment banker with Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York.
