Matt Berger is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old Mutual Asset Management and serves on the Executive Management Team. Matt is a member of the Board of Old Mutual (US) Holdings Inc. In such capacities, he is responsible for all financial, management reporting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions for Old Mutual Asset Management. Matt joined Old Mutual in early 2002 and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in finance, including a year-long assignment at Old Mutual plc in London as Head of Group Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining Old Mutual, Matt spent 7 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing auditing and management consultant services with a focus on the investment management industry. Matt has a BBA with honors in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA with honors in Finance from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
