Mikhail Lukyanchuk

Bio

Mr Lukyanchuk serves as managing director at Oradell Capital, Moscow, a venture capital fund investing in startup companies. Oradell Capital was created by the IBS Group in 1999 to provide media and technology companies with access to the knowledge and experience of the IBS Group and to assist them to successfully develop their business. He is also a president’s advisor at IBS Group, responsible for identifying and surveying new promising areas of the Group’s business development and providing assistance in the business establishment process. Mr Lukyanchuk holds a PhD from the State University Higher School of Economics, Moscow. He is an alumnus of the Salzburg Seminar Special Session, Public-Private Innovations in Higher Education: Student Loans, Economic Growth, and International Student Exchange in Russia and CIS Countries, in 2007.
