Prior to joining Northern, was employed by NFC and last served as a Senior Investment Manager. His education and shipping experience has permitted him to build up an extensive worldwide network of contacts and an in-depth knowledge of the shipping industry. Prior to joining NFC, had experience in various shipping firms such as Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, Aeolos Maritime Ltd and Ionian Tugboats, where he served as an officer on ocean going tankers vessels and tugboats. BEng and a MSc in Maritime Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from City University Cass Business School, London.
