Nimish Sanghrajka

Bio

Mr. Sanghrajka is a Partner of CSCP and Capital Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Capital Solutions, Mr. Sanghrajka was Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Preferred Unlimited, a Philadelphia based private equity firm controlling more than $1.5 billion of assets, where he focused on the mining and the oil and natural gas service industries, all real estate direct investmenting as well as overseeing the general capital formation function for the group. Mr. Sanghrajka has extensive experience in deal structuring, financing and repositioning of assets. Prior to Preferred Unlimited, Mr. Sanghrajka served as Executive Vice President of Trefoil Properties,Inc., a real estate development company focused on the Mid Atlantic region. Mr. Sanghrajka's early career began with Berwind, a Philadelphia based private investment company, where he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Property Group ("BPG"). Nimish holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Bombay in Business Administration and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
