Since joining Quad-C in 2000, Mr Mata has been involved in advising our portfolio companies on a variety of operating issues as well as due-diligence and special projects. Prior to joining Quad-C, Pedro spent 29 years at WR Grace where he was a Senior Vice President and rotating member of the Board. Mr Mata served as President of Allied Food Industries, Ambrosia Chocolate Company, Baker & Taylor and Grace Cocoa. Mr Mata also served as President of Primedia's Educational Group and founded MGS Mata Global Solutions. Mr Mata currently sits on the Board of Directors of TLC Companies and is the Chief Executive Officer of Classic Party Rentals. Mr Mata holds a BS and ME in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Cornell University where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
