R William Breece

Bio

Bill Breece has been an active member of the St. Louis business community since 1970. Mr. Breece worked in corporate law at Bryan Cave LLP in St. Louis until leaving in 1985 to establish Crown Capital Corporation. At Crown he has managed the firm’s activities in merchant banking acquisitions, corporate buyouts, recapitalizations, growth financings, development and management of real estate properties, as well as the incubation of a hedge fund. Mr. Breece has used his finance and legal experience to structure ownership, financial, and capital structures for numerous real estate ownership and development projects. Mr. Breece and Crown have been involved in both the ownership and development of numerous real estate projects and properties, including: apartments, commercial shopping centers, office, industrial, land development, and single purpose properties used for medical and senior living. He is a board member of many closely held companies in various sectors of business including environmental services, light manufacturing, health care services, and management and financial services Mr. Breece is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Committee on Foreign Relations and is also listed in Who’s Who in America. He holds a Master's in Law from Washington University in St. Louis and business degree from Northwestern University.
