Rick oversees regulatory compliance at Edge and is a member of the firm's Operating Committee. He joined Edge from Credit Suisse Private Banking USA where he was Administrative Manager for the Atlanta office. Earlier, Rick was Administrative Manager for Prudential Securities in its New Orleans and Atlanta offices. Rick is a hearing panel member for the New York Stock Exchange Division of Enforcement and serves as a panel member for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) dispute resolution cases. He serves as Vice President of the board of directors for a humanitarian aid organization that serves the people of Nicaragua. Rick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
