Bio

Mr. Austin joined IGP from Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he was a Vice President focused on late-stage buyouts in the services industry. Prior to joining Lake, Mr. Austin spent four years at The Riverside Company, a middle market private equity firm, and three years at Harris Williams, an investment bank focused exclusively on middle market M&A. r. Austin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia and his Masters of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
