Ryan Kaplan

Bio

Mr Kaplan joined Quad-C in 2004 and he currently works with Cloverhill, Durcon, and Generation Brands. Mr Kaplan's responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and monitoring. Prior to joining Quad-C, Mr Kaplan worked in the Financial Sponsors group at Credit Suisse, where he executed a broad range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements for the portfolio companies of private equity firms. Mr Kaplan holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
