Bio

Simon manages all facets of Escalate’s finance, administration and reporting functions. Prior to Escalate, Simon accumulated over 20 years of senior management experience in the banking industry. Notable positions include Chief Administrative Officer of Comerica’s Technology and Life Sciences Division, Vice President of Silicon Valley Bank’s Semiconductor Industry lending group and lending roles with Credit Suisse, the Industrial Bank of Japan and the Banque Nationale de Paris. Simon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle, and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
