Mr Timm joined Morgenthaler as a Limited Partner and Consultant in 1998. From 1982-1997, Mr Timm served as Principal at Franklin Portfolio Associates where he successfully grew funds from zero to eighteen billion dollars. Clients included IBM, IBRD, AT&T, Honeywell, 3M, U. of Texas, Bell Atlantic, RK Mellon, BP, Amoco, SBC, Ameritech, St. of Minnesota, GTE. Previously, as VP and Director of Institutional Marketing at State Street Bank, Mr Timm raised six billion dollars in less than four years. He also served in the US Army as First Lieutenant and Captain respectively. Mr Timm holds a BA from The College of William & Mary, University of Madrid.
