Bio

Terry is a founding partner and managing member of Pentangle Partners. As a licensed professional engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the development and construction field he has successfully managed all project development activities for national and regional real estate investors, lenders, and owners. Terry established a construction consulting and project management firm in 1991, serving institutional and entreprenurial clients in the real estate finance and development business. He has a solid background in feasibility analysis, contract administration, budget development, and comprehesive management of all design, consruction, and post-construction activities.
