Tony Brooke

Bio

Mr. Brooke, a Managing Director of JMH Capital, has been investing in private equity since 1999. Prior to forming JMH Capital, Mr. Brooke was a Managing Director–Operations at Parthenon Capital where he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiation of investment terms. While at Parthenon Capital, Mr. Brooke was also Chairman and Managing Director of JMH Partners Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of J.M. Huber Corporation, which made private equity investments including co-investments with Parthenon Capital in select situations. Before joining Parthenon Capital, Mr. Brooke was Chief Operating Officer of Quadlux, Inc., a company that designed and manufactured high speed ovens for the commercial food service markets. Prior to Quadlux, Mr. Brooke was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Garden Fresh Restaurants, a food service company that he co-founded in 1983. From 1977 to 1983, Mr. Brooke was a consultant at Bain & Company in the firm’s domestic and international practices. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Endres Processing. He also sits on the Board of Trustees of the Meadowbrook School in Weston, Massachusetts and has recently been elected to the Board of Trustees at Concord Academy in Concord, Massachusetts. Mr. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and a Masters of Science in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
