Has headed the Environmental Law department at Masons Solicitors. Subsequently moved on to head up the Planning Law department at Osborne Clarke Solicitors. Ms Merrett aAlso co-authored the Butterworth's Planning Encyclopedia. Founded and still leads her own successful legal practice which has one of the strongest Environment and Planning teams in the South West. Brings in-depth knowledge if the relevant legislations in this area and can advise on the optimum route through the planning process to consent. Co-founder of Nexus Capital Partners LLP.
