Andy Stinnes

Bio

As Venture Partner at Cloud Apps Capital Partners, Andy is leading investment strategies, sourcing new investments, and serving on the board of directors of portfolio companies. He is an expert in business software, business networks, enterprise-class product strategy and go-to-market. An area of particular interest is supply chain technology, where he has very deep first-hand experience and is building a portfolio of investments in AI, IoT, and Blockchain. Andy is a creative mentor to many entrepreneurs and uses his large network of software and customer executives to validate opportunities and help chart the exciting course from difficult problems to category-leading companies. Prior to joining Cloud Apps Capital Partners, Andy was a successful cloud software executive and passionate product innovator, with over twenty years of deep operational experience in product strategy, go-to-market, and R&D. As leading product executive at GT Nexus, he grew the company from initial product to a globally recognized cloud supply chain category leader with nearly a thousand employees, managing both product and GTM through all stages of growth. Andy is a citizen of the world, has built businesses domestically and in Europe, and successfully recruited and led large global teams. Andy has dual master’s degrees in Mechanical (Universität Stuttgart) and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (University of Wisconsin).
