Dolph Bridgewater is a Senior Advisor and previously served as a Senior Operating Partner of SV. He served on the Board of Thoughtworks from 2000-2005. Dolph is the retired Chairman, CEO and President of Brown Shoe. Prior to joining Brown, he was Executive Vice President of Baxter Travenol Laboratories, Inc. and, prior to that, a Senior Partner at McKinsey and Company. From 1973 to 1974, Dolph served as the Associate Director, National Security and International Affairs, of the Office of Management and Budget in the Executive Office of the President of the United States. Dolph served as a senior consultant at TIAA-CREF, where he advised on corporate governance issues. Dolph’s past Board affiliations include Brown Shoe, Mitretek Systems, FMC Corporation, FMC Technologies, EEX Corp., NationsBank, McDonnell Douglas, Baxter Travenol, Celanese, and Harvard Business School. He is also a Trustee Emeritus of Washington University in St. Louis.
