Mr. Chow is a Senior Associate of St. Cloud. Previously, Mr. Chow worked in the Business & Information Services Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities LLC, where his experience included mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, public and private equity offerings, and debt financings. His prior experience also includes working as an Associate in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Financial Services and Real Estate Group. Mr. Chow received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration, with a concentration in Corporate Finance, from the University of Southern California. Mr. Chow is a CPA.
