Cindy Allison

Bio

Cindy focuses on tax related issues for all Sterling Partners’ portfolio companies. She brings nine years of professional experience with firms including Citigroup and Andersen Consulting to Sterling Partners and its portfolio investments. Prior to joining Sterling in 2007, Cindy worked at Citigroup as an Assistant Vice President in Wealth Planning. In this role, she provided sophisticated estate planning strategies for the firm’s high-net-worth clients. Cindy has also served as a Senior Tax Analyst for Allegis Group, where she worked in the tax department on corporate and shareholder tax issues. For Andersen (formerly Arthur Andersen), Cindy was an Associate in the tax department, where she worked with individual, partnership, C Corporation and S Corporation clients.
