Mr. O’Brien was a founder of Prudential Equity Investors in 1984 and was among the original founding principals of Cornerstone in 1996. Mr. O'Brien's responsibilities include deal sourcing and all aspects of deal execution. Over the past twenty-one years, Mr. O’Brien has led numerous successful investments in the healthcare and business services sectors. He served as Chairman of ViPS Healthcare Information Solutions, Inc. until its recent sale to WebMD and currently is Chairman of Interim Healthcare, Inc. and Vestcom International, Inc. He also is a director of Neptco Holdings, Inc. and Team Health, Inc. and chair of their respective compensation committees. Mr. O'Brien is a graduate of Hobart College, where he received his B.A.
