Bio
David has been a Founding Member and Vice President at Sunrise Equity Partners, L.P., since October 30, 2003. David has also held various roles at Sunrise Securities Corp. since February 2002 and is presently a Vice President of Investment Banking. David has been working in corporate finance and investment banking in various capacities for nearly a decade with prior New York Stock Exchange and NASD member firms including, Josephthal & Co. Inc. and First Allied Securities, Inc. David received an accelerated 3-year J.D./M.B.A. degree from the Delaware Law School at Widener University, and a B.S. degree with honors from Widener University.
