Dayne Baird is a Vice President focused on U.S. buyout opportunities in the aerospace, defense and government services sectors. He has played an important role in Carlyle’s investments in Booz Allen Hamilton, ARINC Incorporated, Wesco Aircraft and Landmark Aviation. Mr. Baird is based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Baird worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Global Industrial groups of Lehman Brothers, where he focused on transactions in the industrial, aerospace and defense sectors. Mr. Baird received his B.S. in business management from Brigham Young University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
