Bio
Ms Mongiardo is Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and a Senior Managing Director of Irving Place Capital. Prior to joining Irving Place Capital in 2007, Ms Mongiardo was a financial consultant with her own consulting firm, EGM Advisors from 2005 through 2007. From 2000 to 2005, she was Chief Financial Officer at Soros Private Funds Management. Before joining Soros, Ms Mongiardo spent over nine years at Goldman Sachs & Co, most recently as a Vice President in the principal investment area. She started her career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, where she spent four years in the auditing practice. Ms Mongiardo holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, a BS degree from Lehigh University and a CPA.
