Gavin Foo

Bio

Mr Foo leads the Investor Operations group responsible for the operations, administration, investment accounting, tax and financial reporting of Northleaf’s global fund of funds program and separately managed accounts. Mr Foo actively participates in Northleaf’s investment process, in the monitoring of Northleaf’s investment portfolio and in Northleaf’s investor relations activities. Prior to joining Northleaf’s predecessor, TD Capital Private Equity Investors, in 2007, Mr Foo was Senior Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at IA Clarington Investments, a publicly-traded investment management firm, where he managed all aspects of the finance function, including corporate and fund financial reporting. Previously, Mr Foo was Assistant Vice-President, Finance at Trimark Financial Corporation/AIM Funds Management Inc. Mr Foo began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants. Mr Foo received a BComm from the University of Toronto and holds the Chartered Accountant designation.
