Henry Wilson

Bio

Hal joined Northwood in 1991. He previously served as a Vice President of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he completed a wide range of investment banking transactions including initial public offerings, acquisitions, divestitures, and private financings for emerging growth and technology companies. Hal was previously a middle-market lending officer for The Irving Trust Company (now The Bank of New York Mellon), focusing on cash flow-based leveraged buyouts. He serves as a director of many of Northwood's portfolio companies and is a trustee of St. Bernard's School in New York City. Hal received an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, where he also received a B.A. in Economics.
