Bio
Prior to becoming a founder Director, Mr Leaman's career has spanned positions in industry and banking as well as lead advisory. Mr Leaman's Mergers and Acquisitions experience, his area of specialisation for the last 20 years, covers the whole breadth of industrial and service sectors. He has advised numerous institutional owners, owner-managers and management teams on successful business sales, fundraisings and management buyouts. Mr Leaman is also a Vice Chairman of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Mr Leaman serves as a Director on the Board of IMAP. Mr Leaman is a Chartered Accountant having trained with Touche Ross in London (now Deloitte).
