Mr Richard J Wandoff has over seventeen years of principal investing and financial advisory experience. Mr Wandoff has expertise in all phases of the acquisition process and has worked closely with portfolio companies following acquisition. Prior to Brockway Moran & Partners, Mr Wandoff was a Manager in Arthur Andersen LLP's transaction advisory practice Mr Waterstreet serves as Chairman of MW Industries, Inc. and as Director of Tri-Star Electronics International, Inc. He has served as a Director of Cosmetic Essence, Inc. and Integrated Aerospace, Inc Mr Waterstreet is a CPA and a CFA, and earned a BBA and a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan
