Co-founded Javelin and now acts as a consultant to Javelin, co-managing the Kinetique Biomedical Seed Fund. Background is in finance and she spent six years in venture capital at Grosvenor Venture Managers, rising to Managing Director, before negotiating the sale of the firm to Mercury Asset Management. Part time director of a medical devices company. Non executive director of a number of unquoted companies.
