Bio
Jason joined the Radnor office of Lovell Minnick as a Senior Associate in June 2010. Jason’s primary responsibilities include researching investment ideas, evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions and working with the management teams of portfolio companies. Prior to Lovell Minnick, Jason was an Investment Banking Associate in Goldman Sachs’ Financial Institutions Group, where he advised clients on transactions involving commercial and trust banks, specialty finance companies and asset managers, including State Street’s €1.3 billion acquisition of Intesa Sanpaolo’s Securities Services business. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jason was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Forensics group, where he conducted investigations into corporate accounting irregularities on behalf of clients. Jason received his MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Penn State University. Jason is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.Career
