Jeffrey Beyer

Bio

Jeff is responsible for initiating investment opportunities, structuring acquisitions, coordinating due diligence, negotiating debt financings, working with portfolio company management teams on an ongoing basis and arranging for the disposition of investments. Prior to joining Willis Stein in 2000, Jeff was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group serving clients in the consumer and industrial goods sector. Prior to the Boston Consulting Group, he served as Vice President in the mergers & acquisitions group of Bear Stearns. Jeff serves on the boards of directors of Education Corporation of America (Virginia College), Roundy's Supermarkets and Strategic Materials. Jeff received an M.B.A. from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
