John Wieczorek

Bio

Prior to joining Axiom as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Wieczorek served as CFO of several technology companies including Open Solutions, Inc., SS&C Technologies, Inc., Caminus, Inc and Vantage Computer Systems, Inc. During Mr. Wieczorek’s tenure, each company went through significant annual growth At Open Solutions he helped lead the company in private offerings raising over $30 million and the filing of an S-1. At Caminus he helped in the merging of three companies and consulted on the combined entity’s initial public offering. With SS&C he managed their successful initial public offering and several acquisitions. With Vantage Computer Systems, Inc. he helped manage the company through significant periods of growth resulting ultimately in the sale of the company to Computer Sciences Corporation In addition, in 1998 Mr. Wieczorek co-founded Financial Innovations, LLC, a consulting practice specializing in providing executive financial advice to growing technology companies and technology-focused venture capital firms. Mr. Wieczorek’s clients have included CCP Equity Partners, GFI Energy Ventures and ORIX Venture Finance Mr Wieczorek holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley College
