Bio

Before joining Telos, he spent three years at RWI Group, an early stage venture capital firm. While at RWI Group, he evaluated investment opportunities and worked closely with a variety of software and semiconductor portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate in Hong Kong with the Project Finance Group of BA Asia Limited (a BankAmerica Company). At BA Asia, he advised sponsors and structured off-balance sheet financing vehicles for Asian petrochemical and power companies. He began his career as a Financial Analyst in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co Inc where he worked on a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, and equity offerings. He has also served as Venture Capital Advisor to the Zhongguancun Science Park in Beijing, and was a Summer Associate at Booz & Allen & Hamilton Inc, the management consultancy. He served as a Board observer or Board member for several investments including nQuire Software (sold to Siebel Systems; NASDAQ: SEBL) and SLP Infoware (Sold to Gemplus; NASDAQ: GEMP). MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, concentrating in Finance. He also studied Chinese at Beijing University.
