Lisa Wong

Bio

Lisa is responsible for managing Pantheon’s U.S. regulatory compliance matters and providing legal support on the structuring, establishment and marketing of Pantheon’s funds. Lisa works closely with the investment teams on the closing of primary, secondary and direct co-investment transactions, as well as with the client service and marketing teams on the review of client communications. Prior to joining Pantheon, Lisa practiced corporate law at Baker & McKenzie, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Dewey Ballantine. Lisa has a BA in International Relations from UC Davis and a JD from UC Hastings College of the Law.
