Luis Pisco

Bio

Luís Pisco joined Hudson as an Associate in December 2008. Since joining Hudson, his primary responsibilities include the analysis of new investment opportunities, due diligence and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Mr. Pisco has been actively with investment and monitoring of Hudson’s current portfolio companies, including w2pS and Landis + Gyr. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Pisco served as a financial analyst in Goldman Sachs’ global natural resources group in the investment banking division, where he was involved in the due diligence, valuation and advisory processes of M&A and financing transactions. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Pisco worked on several transactions and strategic advisory projects in the renewable energy, power and utilities space. In 2006, Mr. Pisco graduated from the Portuguese Catholic University, with an undergraduate degree in Management and Business Administration.
