Responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, providing ongoing assistance and strategic advice to portfolio companies, and coordinating the investment exit processes at Beringea. Has spent 18 years investing in the media, intellectual property rights and content sectors, a career highlighted by investments in the companies owning rights to Thomas the Tank Engine, Angelina Ballerina and Sooty. Prior to joining Guinness Mahon Development Capital in 1989, gained Europe-wide industrial and analytical experience in healthcare and engineering with both Baxter International and Uniroyal Inc as Head of Planning for Europe. Then joined the financial services sector as Senior Strategist with Lloyds TSB Group, one of the UK's largest financial services groups. Sits on a number of portfolio company boards as well as the investment committees of Global Rights Fund II and InvestCare Partners. BA in Business Studies in 1981 and a MBA from Kingston Business School, London, in 1989.
