Mark Fisher

Bio

ark Fisher is the President of MBF Capital Corporation, Inc. He is a founder of Vela Pharmaceuticals, Inc., ExSAR Corporation, and Kimeragen, Inc., which merged into Valigen, Inc. Prior to the formation of MBF, Mr. Fisher was a Principal of Alex Brown where he was employed from 1990-1996. Mr. Fisher served as a Senior-Vice President/Investments at Lehman Brothers where he was employed from 1983-1990. From 1981-1983 Mr. Fisher was a vice-president of Merrill Lynch Futures Mr. Fisher serves on the Board of Directors of Vela Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and is Chairman of the Board of ExSar Corporation.
