Bio
Mr. Kaplan joined Littlejohn in 2005. Previously, Mr. Kaplan served as a senior associate at Ripplewood Holdings LLC where he evaluated, structured, and monitored private equity investments in several industries, including specialty chemicals, automotive components, industrial products and business services. Prior to that, he was an associate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions for both public companies and private equity funds. Mr. Kaplan received a J.D. from Columbia University Law School with Honors and a B.A. in communications from the State University of New York at Albany.Career
