Michael Tung

Bio

Mr. Michael Tung joins InveStar Capital Inc. as Chief Financial Officer/ Managing Partner in April 2002 and is responsible for managing the investment portfolio companies in both Taiwan and U.S., including due diligence before investment, follow-on portfolio management, reporting requirements to our shareholders as well as the funding, financing/accounting related issues in our firm. Michael also plays as Managing Partner to manage our Silicon Valley office. Michael has over 20 years of experience in finance, taxation, accounting and general management. He had worked as Chief Financial Officer for more than 10 years in various organizations, including Acer America Corp., Foxconn Corporation and Fibera Inc. (a start-up company). He also worked for KPMG as Senior Audit Manager for 10 years. Michael holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Tam Kay University.
