Mr Harmilapi has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of corporate finance, Finnacial structuring, finance and risk management and a multifaceted experience in finance, banking, IPO, mergers & acquisitions. Previously, Mr Harmilapi served as the Director of Sales & Operations at Scotia Bank as profit centre head. Mr Harmilapi also worked with Escorts Finance Ltd, as head of corporate finance, with responsibilities for establishing startup companies, setting up joint ventures, regulatory approvals, and compliances with various statutory bodies Mr Harmilapi is a Chartered Accountant, with an honours degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
