Osman Bengur

Bio

Osman Bengur co-founded the firm with Charles Bryan and serves as a Senior Advisor. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions for companies in the retail, business services and manufacturing industries. Mr. Bengur has in excess of 25 years experience as an investment banker with Bengur Bryan and previously with Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated. During his career, he has been involved in a wide range of investment banking activities from public offerings of equity and debt to private placements and merger and acquisition advice. Mr. Bengur also serves as Chairman of PJPA, LLC, a Papa John's Pizza franchisee, which he co-founded with Charles Bryan. PJPA owns and operates 50 Papa John's Pizza stores in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Mr. Bengur holds an A.B. Degree from Princeton University and a graduate diploma from The University of Cambridge, England.
