Bio

Richard Blue is an Operating Partner with Turnstone Capital focusing on the Technology, Clean Tech and Financial Services sectors. Richard also works with Turnstone portfolio companies such as Turnstone Environmental Technologies LLC on issues including strategy, marketing, technology, operations, Intellectual Property and partnerships. Richard had extensive experience in forming, funding and growing new ventures and new business lines within large organizations. Richard was formerly VP Corporate Venturing at Pitney Bowes, and led venture investments and internal innovation teams. At IP Value, an Intellectual Property management, Richard was the VP Partner Relations managing the relationships with IP Value's largest clients, Xerox and PARC. As VP Corporate Strategy at Prodigy, Richard helped restructure and turn around the online service to a successful IPO and its eventual sale to SBC. Richard was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Europe and America, working with clients in the telecoms, media, retail and manufacturing sectors. Richard received a BSc in Computing & Electronics from Durham University in England and has an MBA from London Business School.
