Richard Wolf

Bio

Mr Wolf has participated in over thirty venture capital, buyout, overseas and other private equity investments. These investments have been in a broad range of sectors, including information technology, communications equipment, media, wireless technologies, services and retail. Mr Wolf is a member of the board of directors of several private companies, including Apriso Corporation and Saqqara Systems Inc. He has also served on the advisory boards of third party managed venture capital and LBO partnerships. Since 1995, he has been responsible for the management of American Endeavour Fund Limited, a mezzanine and venture capital fund. Mr Wolf received a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago and a JD from the University of Chicago School of Law. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
