Bio

Satish plays an instrumental role in defining the overall strategy of the firm. His role involves building long-term relationships with key clients and the investor community as well as providing advice and insights on transaction strategy. He brings over 24 years of rich experience in various senior positions in the corporate and financial services industry. Satish's roles in the financial services sector range from corporate finance, project finance, debt syndication, debt restructuring & capitalization and capital markets tosecurities distribution, insurance broking, fund management. This diverse experience has been gained during his tenure with Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, IL&FS and IL&FS Investmart, Brescon and Meghraj SP Corporate Finance. In each of these roles, Satish has played an active role in the establishment of new business lines or providing a strategic direction to the existing businesses.
